At The GHL Video, we strive to deliver high-quality video production services and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy before purchasing any of our services.
Because our videos are custom-made for each client, refunds are generally not available once production has started. This includes work such as scripting, storyboard creation, animation, voiceover recording, editing, or any other production activities.
If you cancel your project before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any administrative or consultation work already completed.
For recurring video editing or subscription-based services:
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
We are committed to your satisfaction and include revisions as specified in your selected package. Refunds will not be issued if revision requests fall within the agreed project scope.
If a project is delayed due to missing assets, delayed feedback, or lack of communication from the client, refunds will not be provided.
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate payment after verification.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to deliver your project due to circumstances within our control, an appropriate full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
